What we’re building for Pros.

Planned features — not yet active. The application below is available now. We’ll introduce the private Pro tools as the program develops.

Training & readiness

Customer greetings, job preparation, following instructions, protecting the work area, reporting issues, and closing out an assignment.

Availability & vacation mode

Set the times you want to work and let us know when you’re away. Existing commitments will still need to be addressed.

Membership options

Paid tiers are planned for a later stage. Benefits, eligibility, and pricing will be shared before enrollment opens.

Job details & reporting

View assigned work and share completion photos, actual assembly time, product feedback, missing parts, and follow-up needs.

Support & safety

Job check-ins, check-outs, and incident reporting are planned. Emergency response and live monitoring are not currently provided.

Fair, useful feedback

Customer feedback about the Pro’s work will be kept separate from product defects and manufacturer issues.
